**Job Description:**

Leads the processes of developing the company’s fiscal year sales plans and forecasting monthly/annual/mid-term sales coordinating and working closely with all sales regions, Operations/SCM, Customer Service and Finance/Accounting as well as TC and TAH. Oversees other WW Sales Planning functions such as sales reporting, sales analysis and sales commission/bonus administration. Job duties:

+ Leads the process of developing the company’s annual and mid-term sales plans/forecasts working with the VP, other executive staff, R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Marketing and regional sales management.
