Lead Global Insights agenda with assigned BUs that enables the achievement of BD long-term success with focus on Launch Excellence
Accountable for ensuring insights measurably improve launch decisions, value propositions, and commercial outcomes for priority programs
Serve as a subject matter expert in Insights formulation; design and facilitate cross‑functional workshops; coach teams on insights quality standards.
