St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center is a comprehensive, community-based mental health facility providing an integrated network of inpatient and outpatient services for children and adults residing in the Central New York region. The goal of these programs is to support and enable persons with psychiatric disabilities to lead successful lives in the community.

As the Associate Director Human Resources 1 (Institution) at St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, you will be responsible for the direction and oversight of human resources management operations and labor relations, including:

• Serving as advisor to executive management on human resource issues
• Directing and coordinating facility recruitment program
