Position Summary/Description:
The Carolina Latinx Center Associate Director ( CLC -AD) fulfills an important part of the CLC’s mission of bridging the richness of Latinx communities with the strengths of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in research, teaching, and service. The associate director works closely with the director and staff to carry out the essential responsibilities of the Center such as: 1) program administration, 2) evaluation and assessment, 3) academic, campus, and community engagement, and 4) new and current partnership development.

Education and Experience:
-Demonstrated ability to work with students, faculty, staff and administrators.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people and organizations and keep leadership and staff well informed of projects progress and changes.
