The Associate Director of Full Stack Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and delivery management of the NBA platform's software engineering pods. This role manages a multifunctional organization of leads and contractor resources across the platform's full stack - from backend decisioning services through frontend tooling and channel integrations. You are the person who keeps teams unblocked, contractors accountable, and delivery on track across all pods.
The Associate Director, Full Stack Engineering is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management.
