Position Overview
Lead the development and implementation of coaching practices at OMERS. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities through tailored coaching and comprehensive enterprise development programs.
As the Associate Director of Coaching & Leadership Development, you will shape the coaching culture within OMERS, collaborating closely with senior leaders and HR partners. You are responsible for designing innovative leadership programs that drive performance, influence coaching methods across the organization, and support senior leaders in their transitions and development. This position may include overseeing coaching teams and ensuring alignment with leadership standards.
