Required Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated success in donor identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar) and ability to use data to prioritize outreach and track progress
