The Associate Director of Development (ADOD) will be responsible for identifying, managing, and developing strategic relationships with existing and new donors within their assigned territory with the goal of elevating donors to a higher level of Annual Giving, and into mid-level and major giving when appropriate. In this role, the ADOD will collaborate with local and regional volunteer leadership as well as philanthropy colleagues to effectively network and partner on key initiatives and events. The ADOD will focus on the Hadassah West Coast Region ().
