An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of Operations to join the Body, Bones & Mind Directorate, working as a key member of the Directorate’s senior leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Operations for the care group, the postholder will provide visible, strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of complex and high-profile clinical services. Working in close partnership with the Associate Chief Nurse for BBM and Clinical Leads, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, safe and efficient services, while supporting the delivery of the Trust’s strategy Together We Power Care and its Always Values.
