The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is seeking an Associate Director to support the execution and enhancement of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience strategies across RBC's platforms. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency through process improvements, data‑driven reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement—overseeing assessments, third‑party evaluations, and team leadership.
