Position Overview
Role Summary Employee Experience βͺ Create and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction at all life cycle stages. βͺ Engagement and well-being to be fostered through right practices and employee sessions and materials/ handout. Enhance wellness quotient in employees through wellness programs, EAP and sessions, competitions, activities, and celebrations. βͺ Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to align employee experience initiatives with business objectives. βͺ Design and implement programs and surveys to access employee needs and sentiment. βͺ Develop initiatives to foster company culture by promoting values and sense of belongingness. βͺ Coordinate with different departments to ensure a positive employee experience. βͺ Handling employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and constructive manners βͺ Lead internal communications and recognition. βͺ Designing and successfully implementing on-onboarding programs βͺ Tracking and analyzing key metrics related to employ...
