SUPPORTS WM GLOBAL OPERATIONS TRANSFORMATION OBJECTIVES

Business and process analysis, risk and issue management and activity tracking

Ensure best practice is deployed through active engagement with all areas of Operations and their stakeholders

Adopt a flexible approach to working to ensure appropriate skills, capabilities, and expertise are deployed to support different initiatives

Employ a prudent balance of good governance, business controls and process, through agile and dynamic delivery

Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, mitigate operational risks, create capacity and enhance cost savings

IMPLEMENTS IDEAS

Design and develop automated workflows using AI to replace/supplement manual processes (e.g. data extraction, reconciliation).

Collaborate with Operations teams to identify automation opportunities and contribute to project prioritization.
