The Role / Location

Associate Director – Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin.

With an overall estate size of c. 85 acres, Blanchardstown Town Centre represents Ireland’s largest concentration of retail space, with , sq m of retail accommodation across the core shopping centre and two independent retail parks. The centre is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Dunnes Stores, Boots and Zara. In total there are over stores and restaurants, with 7, car parking spaces available on site.

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team at Associate Director level. The successful candidate will work with a team of two other Directors responsible for the management of Blanchardstown Centre, with the potential to support Directors on other large instructions. This role places particular emphasis on client and occupier relationship management, site team support and development and continuous improvement.
