Associate Director, Record to Report, Financial Controlling

Location: Iskandar Puteri, JB / Bangsar South, KL. Office-based, and expected to work out of the local office at least 50% of the time. Travel to any of the group’s office locations may be required but would be expected to be less than 10% of total time.

Multi-market role covering all entities within the associated country.

Key Responsibilities

• Global R2R governance: Own the global Record-to-Report operating model, defining standard processes, policies and control points across entities and multi-countries.
• Period-end close leadership: Drive a consistent, on-time and high-quality month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across markets, including close calendar governance, issue escalation and resolution.
