What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Deal Execution & Client Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of client interaction, directing the execution of complex securitization transactions from inception to publication.
• Analytical Leadership: Support the credit rating process across diverse asset classes, including ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO, CLO, and Covered Bonds .
• Committee Presentations: Actively prepare rating committee notes and present robust credit rationales for both new issuances and existing portfolios.
• Portfolio Surveillance:
