About the Role:

You will work closely with a group of specialists to support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects – from project development, design and construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance, to decommissioning or renewal.

You will provide legal support and advice to a diverse client base, including governments, government‑linked entities, multinational corporations, and industry leaders across various sectors including renewable energy, conventional energy, petrochemicals, gas, water, utilities, transport, and telecommunications.

You can expect to work not only on novel projects in Singapore but also first‑of‑its‑kind cross‑border projects and navigate the unique business, legal, and political landscapes of Southeast Asia. You will also be exposed to general corporate and commercial legal work – ensuring your development as an all‑rounded corporate lawyer.
