Introduction

We are hiring an Associate, Engagement Excellence & Insights for our leading global pharmaceutical client, Eli Lilly. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across the Canadian Affiliate divisions. The Associate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide comprehensive data analysis, transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies, and support Salesforce effectiveness initiatives. The role requires a good understanding of industry data sources such as IQVIA, reimbursement claims, and business systems (e.g., SAP) and tools for managing data (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). This is a 12-month contract position, with potential for renewal based on business needs. The successful candidate will be required in office 10-12 days per month, located in Downtown Toronto.
