Supervise and oversee the Managing Agent in the provision of property management services to SingTel premises and tenanted space.

Check and verify scheduled servicing works done and monitor the follow-up actions by the Managing Agent, where required, to ensure that all building M & E systems are properly maintained in a serviceable and operational condition at all times so as to maintain the committed service levels.

Verify Repair and Improvement Works (including cost estimates) proposed by the Managing Agent and seek the necessary approval in accordance with the prevailing financial guidelines to carry out the Minor Works.

Ensure that complaints from users and tenants are promptly attended to by the MA.

Conduct site inspections to ensure that works are properly carried out.
