Summary of Position The incumbent is required to perform maintenance and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), and other associated systems, as well as support system testing and commissioning for various project activities.
Responsibilities - Perform site survey with customers to capture essential requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support for A&A work orders received by Project and Customer Care departments.
- Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on the CCTV surveillance, EACS and other Associate systems.
- Conduct testing & commissioning of cameras, EACS and other devices for integration with backend system switches.
- Prepare investigation and fault-finding reports, with root cause analysis, for submission to customers.
