Report to Team Lead/ Service Delivery Manager in fulfilling SLAs and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement
Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract obligation within budget
To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions and carry out fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of equipment/ module/ component
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, System Engineering or equivalent
Able to perform standby duties (based on roster)
Possess Class 3/3A Licence will be an added advantage
