Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients with good order execution skill, market updates, investment advice and promote the use of online facilities such as online trading platform, e‑statement and Retail Online Platform.
• Manage and build good business relationship with clients while managing their trade settlement, credit exposures and ensure all debts are collected.
• Review the clients’ trade/contract position exposure, trading pattern, credit risk, trading limit and margin position (if relevant) from time to time.
