Overview Job Summary The Associate Executive will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the IGA leadership as well as the administrative & research management team.
Main Duties And Responsibilities - Coordinate departmental meetings for various stakeholders, including availability checking, venuebooking and setup, calendar invites and meeting reminders.
- Keep track of institute’s collaterals and resources such as bag, pen and educational materials.
- Coordinate and manage departmental admin matters such as procuring supplies, processing claims, submitting IT job requests, retrieving IGA mails, maintaining proper archiving of softwareand assets.
- Assist the admin team in IGA pillars of work – Research & Innovation, Education & Learning, and Translation & Practice.
