Job Purpose The Associate Executive, Partner Retention will be responsible for the retention of all existing taxi hirer accounts, including maintaining good customer relations with taxi hirers and recontracting existing hirers. This position will work closely with the various taxi operations departments to create rapport and provide good customer service to existing taxi drivers.
Core Responsibilities - Retain all existing taxi hirer accounts
- Build & maintain a cordial, strong working relationship with taxi hirers
- Engage and provide excellent customer service to address hirers’ concerns/disputes
- Meet KPIs set by the Manager and/or HOD
- Participate & execute internal work processes competently
Skills & Experience Required - Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Conversant in English and any Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil); Dialect is an advantage as candidates may be required ...
