Description
We are looking for an experienced Associate General Counsel to provide legal leadership for a diverse portfolio of clean energy projects in Baltimore, Maryland. This role supports transactions and operational matters across development, acquisition, financing, construction, and asset ownership, working closely with teams across the business. The position offers the opportunity to advise on high-value deals while helping advance solar, storage, EV charging, and other sustainability-focused initiatives.


Ideally, we are targeting local candidates in Maryland who could work a hybrid schedule. We are also open to more experienced Attorneys who would need to work remotely.
