The Specialist, Global Payroll job is responsible for analyzing and reviewing the payroll compliance process within human resources. This job contributes to the enterprise's payroll processing procedures and answers employees' payroll questions. Under moderate supervision, this job prepares processes and focuses on payroll-specific maintenance, including reconciliation of records, legislation compliance and data verification, administration and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Reviews payroll data, production records, and individual attendance records within the HRIS and payroll system and corrects errors to ensure the accuracy of payroll payments.
