**About this role**

**Role Aim / Purpose**

Professionals within the APAC GPS ETF Product Team support the delivery, management, and promotion of BlackRock’s iShares investment vehicles. This role focuses on supporting product development, range management, and commercialization efforts across Japan-listed and global ETF products.

The position is based in Tokyo and offers exposure to product innovation, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support the delivery of Japan-listed ETFs to market and assist in ongoing range management activities
+ Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Product, Sales, Operations) to support product strategy execution
