**Job description**

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as **Associate 1** .

**In this role you will:**

+ Based in Hong Kong as part of HSBC’s regional healthcare investment banking team which advises corporates and financial sponsors focused on the sub-sectors
+ Assist senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions, across M&A, ECM, and financing solutions
+ Interact with clients at various levels of management, and act as an integral part of the sector client coverage team
