**Job description**

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Associate**

**In this role you will:**

+ Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
+ Day-to-day execution for M&A transactions
+ Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
+ Perform due diligence and documentation and participate in negotiation for live transactions
+ Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
+ Work closely with senior bankers to support origination and live transaction execution efforts
+ Analyze market trends and conduct market research
