Job Overview

The Associate HR Business Partner works closely with the HRBP to formulate an effective partnership with education leaders to develop and improve P&O deliverables in schools and align business objectives of the organization. They work to build a deeper understanding of their cluster. This role supports the HRBP in providing advice to the clusters and in implementing employer branding, employee engagement and talent management initiatives.

Talent Identification, Succession Planning and Performance Management

• Support succession‑planning processes to identify and mobilize talent for movements within the GEMS network
• Maintain records for talent initiatives including 9‑box grid, leadership databases and talent pipelines
• Support internal talent branding and attraction strategies
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR cluster dashboard(s) and implement action plans to address key areas
