Position Overview

This is a remote position. Responsibilities Managing employee records & reports. Assisting with onboarding processes.

Very good experience in Excel functions like Pivot, Vlookup, hlookup, among others and data clean up Maintaining, managing, and updating the database. Liaise with all new joiners to establish the connection & help them assimilate faster into the organisation. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain employee files and records Support in organising different events. Job Location - Work from anywhere (with regular travel to Bengaluru)
