The Role

The Associate HR Business Partner (AHRBP) is a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team. This role will be based out of our and support our Holyoke production/cultivation facility, as we look to rapid and sustainably scale. The Associate HRBP operates under the supervisor of a HRBP or SR HRBP to align business objectives, HR strategy and talent to scale our rapid growth. The Associate HR Business Partner is highly execution focused and partners with our hourly teams, supervisors, and members of the management team.

Essential functions:
