Role Description

Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware/facilities;

• PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Support for production PC issues, failures, etc.
• Basic Network Setup and Troubleshooting.
• Receive issues, update tickets according to SOP, and prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
• Perform troubleshooting on PC hardware issues, network failure, and be proficient with command prompt.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 0-2 years’ experience required in IT Technical support.
• Must be able to handle IT hardware/software/Networking and possess troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to handle IT hardware/software installation.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to learn more.
• Independent & hardworking.

Note: Must be ready to work on rational shifts and rotational days 24/7.
