Litigation Associate with a focus oninsolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation

Intermediate associates have conduct of their own files where appropriate

Assist senior counsel on more complex matters

3 to 8 year call

Previous experience in insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation

Experience with foreclosures and receiverships considered valuable

Experience with proceedings under the BIA and CCAA considered valuable

Ability to conduct files from beginning to end

Well rounded and self motivated

Sound judgment and solid work ethic

Strong interpersonal skills

Existing client base is an asset but not required
