Position Overview

            Job Description  Structuring and executing the acquisition of real estate investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific 
Conduct financial modeling to assess and support acquisitions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders and the investment committee 
Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical, and financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisers and consultants 
Prepare investment papers, presentations, and other materials as required 
Review transaction documents 
Prepare regular sector research to stay updated on market trends and news, including reviewing financial, market information, and analyst reports 
Assist in portfolio management or asset management activities as required 
 Job Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management or a related field from a reputable university
