Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site Associate Lawyer role based in Saskatoon, SK. The Associate Lawyer will manage a caseload involving family law matters such as separation and divorce, and other legal matters. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analysing information and documentation, drafting agreements, contracts, wills, and other legal instruments, and providing clear, compassionate legal advice and settlement advocacy. The role involves negotiating settlements, participating in collaborative law processes and mediation, and working with other professionals to resolve disputes outside of court whenever possible. The Associate Lawyer will also be responsible for file management, legal research, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to firm initiatives that support client service and practice development.
