Job Description
A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Must have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules.Configure, implement, and support modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and ORC.Develop and maintain reports, integrations, extensions, and conversions using Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs.Support system upgrades, patch testing, and quarterly Oracle release evaluations.Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues, working with Oracle Support where needed.Perform data uploads and mass changes using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.Create user documentation and provide training to end users an...
