To provide legal, regulatory and corporate governance advice to Alcazar Energy and its assets and subsidiaries as required, ensuring compliance with the defined legal framework and protecting the interests of Alcazar Energy. To contribute to the development of a legal and regulatory strategy to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and laws relevant to Alcazar Energy. To develop, review and/or negotiate agreements, contracts and relevant legal documentation for Alcazar Energy, as applicable.
