• Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Oversee the reporting and operational discipline of Team Coordinators (TCs) and Team Leads (TLs).
• Monitor and manage floor attendance, breaks, and productive hours across the Business Development department.

• Identify bottom-quartile performers and implement structured corrective action plans in coordination with TCs and TLs.
• Maintain and analyze floor performance reports across sales, QA, and CI metrics, and derive actionable improvement plans.
• Support the implementation of new sales and operational strategies in coordination with SMEs, TCs, TLs, and the Sales Manager.
• Facilitate cross-department coordination to ensure smooth execution of sales and fulfillment processes.
