Job Summary

AM QA is responsible for ensuring Quality and Food Safety for the site.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to FSSC 22000 and customer requirements, well versed with Halal and Kosher requirements as well as customer audits such as Yum! and McDonald's SQMS.
• Ensure quality of output through appropriate intervention, inspection and testing to pre-determined quality parameters.
• Design and install appropriate Quality Management Systems encompassing receipt and storage of RM/PM, in process material, material handling, storage and dispatch of FG.
• Provide periodic feedback on vendors and suppliers to purchase manager for vendor upgradation and certification.
• Initiate and document process activity and flow including certification for GMP and customer requirements.
• Ensure integrity of quality analysis through appropriate training, instrumentation and testing protocols.
