Key Responsibilities:
1. Court & Quasi-Judicial Representation



Represent the company in consumer dispute cases across courts and quasi-judicial bodies nationwide.



Act as complainant/defendant/witness/plaintiff as required, presenting evidence on the company’s behalf.



2. Legal Documentation & Drafting



Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents like Sale Deeds, MOUs, Agreements to Sale, Board Resolutions, Legal Notices, etc.



Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and protect the company's interests.



3. Legal Filings & Compliance



Handle preparation and filing of legal documents with courts, regulators, and tribunals.



Ensure adherence to legal procedures, including RERA and consumer forum protocols.



4. Legal Advisory & Strategy
