Position Overview
Stryker’s Upper Extremities division is focused on making better outcomes easier for our Shoulder Arthroplasty customers. Our business unit is dedicated to improving patient outcomes, simplifying complex procedures, and embracing innovation with new industry-leading technologies. This role will lead a team of portfolio marketers as well as maintain product responsibilities focused on our expanding Shoulder Arthroplasty implant portfolio.
**What you will do**
+ Lead upstream marketing strategy by defining product vision, market strategy, portfolio roadmaps, and long-term growth plans aligned with business objectives.
+ Drive customer and market insights through segmentation, voice of customer, competitive intelligence, and unmet needs analysis to influence product development and innovation.
