Monitor audio and video quality for DTH, Broadband and New Media Platform from the Master Control Room to ensure all operating guidelines are maintained accordingly: Ensure detailed monitoring carried out with the aid of checklist which is consist of subtitle, audio and video checking. Coordination of High Priority Live Event detailed monitoring. Ensuring escalation of issues to relevant recipient as per SOP.
