This role will be based at client site and involves supporting and maintaining mission-critical Wireless network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, incident response, preventive maintenance, implementation activities, vendor coordination, and support for large-scale wireless environments operating in a 24/7 environment.
Requirements - Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in IT or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of networking, WiFi, internet connectivity, and endpoint devices
- Experience in Service Desk, Helpdesk, NOC, or customer support environments preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing systems is advantageous
