Job Description

• Process Account Opening and/or Customer & Account Data Maintenance requests for Individual Customers.
• Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Handle enquiries and escalations from Singapore Branches and Business & Support Units.
• Assist in adhoc duties, as assigned.
