**Job Functions**

+ The Associate Operations Director helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility.
+ Works closely with Clinic Manager and dyad partner as well.
+ Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s).
+ Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
