Position Overview

CDEV is seeking an Associate, Policy & Public Affairs to join its high-performing team of experienced professionals. The Associate will support CDEV’s policy advisory and government engagement function by conducting analysis, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating stakeholder engagement activities.

This role contributes to monitoring legislative, regulatory, and political developments and assessing their implications for CDEV and its Group of Companies. The Associate will also support the development of policy advice, stakeholder insights, and engagement strategies to ensure senior leadership is equipped with timely, accurate, and actionable information.

Operating within a federal Crown corporation context, the Associate strengthens internal coordination, policy intelligence, and execution of policy and public affairs activities while maintaining a strictly non-partisan approach.
