What is the opportunity? A member of RBC Phillips, Hager & North Investment Counsel, the Associate Portfolio Manager works with experienced investment counsellors to construct customized investment strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, and charitable foundations. This long‑term support role is designed to help investment counsellors implement a strategy, and manage and monitor the client portfolio on a regular basis.

What will you do?

Support the investment counsellor in managing client portfolios

Assist in the construction of customized investment strategies, models, proposals, and action plans for existing and potential clients

Implement action plans and proactively manage client portfolios to achieve or exceed performance goals

Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to ensure they are managed in accordance with the investment policy statements and portfolio risk management strategies and policies
