Technical Skills (Primary)

• Experience Domain Knowledge: 10 to 14 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes Life and annuity underwriting claims billing
• Requirements System Design: Hands on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation
• Ability to design functional and system specifications
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Release Implementation: Expertise in release management and coordination across distributed teams
• Collaborate with developers, testers and product owners for successful delivery
• Support UAT data validation and production rollout activities
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
• Skilled in system modeling techniques
