Role Overview:

This is a hybrid Agile Project Manager Scrum Master role responsible for coordinating and enabling delivery for a software development team composed of a Technical Lead Engineer, Business Analyst, two Senior Software Engineers, one Mid-Level Software Engineer, one QA Engineer and one Senior SDET. In coordination with the client’s Senior Program Manager the resource will manage project planning and reporting while also executing Agile ceremonies and supporting continuous delivery practices. Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication for the team Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives Partner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear prioritized backlog aligned to business goals Track and report progress using Agile and traditional project metrics (velocity, burnd...
