Overview

Key member of the Transaction Banking team in the DIFC Branch, responsible for product development, management and sales of Transaction Banking products in the MENA region. Works closely with GCIB, JCIB, and FI relationship managers to secure new business and manage day‑to‑day front‑office transactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GCIB / JCIB / FI coverage RMs and senior TB sales team members to win new TB business for DIFC Branch.
• Deal directly with corporate customers and financial institutions to fulfil all front‑office tasks for Transaction Banking business.
• First and second approval of trade finance transactions within delegated limits; manage front‑office TB functions in MENA in accordance with bank rules and procedures.
• Coordinate and liaise with operations teams in Dubai and EOD London, RMD, and compliance to ensure correct booking of all Transaction Banking transactions.
